Unmarried women are not restricted from obtaining abortion services
in the United States and the consent of a husband or partner is not
required in order to obtain abortion care. However, a number of US
states restrict minors' access to abortion care (both medication and
aspiration methods).

interactive website dedicated to sexual and reproductive laws and policies in the US.
